Hotel Duke - Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir)

I recently stayed at this hotel in Srinagar and had a great experience. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is a plus, as it is situated in a scenic area near Dal Lake. The staff were friendly and provided good service, ensuring that basic amenities were taken care of. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a common toilet that was well-maintained. Furthermore, the breakfast served was satisfying, providing a homely start to the day.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Our room had a view of Dal Lake. It was definitely 3 stars for us. We enjoyed the fact that we chose duke;))

We enjoyed trying authentic Kashmiri non-veg dishes that were cooked to perfection.

Located in a picturesque area, Hotel Duke offers lake facing rooms where you can enjoy stunning views of the Dal lake right from your window. the spacious rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay for families with children. the hotel also provides a delicious breakfast spread and has a friendly staff that is attentive to your needs.

The hotel lacks a power backup system, which can be inconvenient especially during power outages.

During our Christmas stay, we were thrilled with the amazing view from our room, as the hotel was conveniently located near a stunning lake. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. the room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere for our holiday getaway.

The hotel had some issues with the food quality. the meals were not up to our expectations, lacking flavor and variety.
